
iRevo- Redesigning end user interface for the iRevo Application
Application simplifies the ordering process by allowing customers to place orders with a single pharmacy located in their nearby locality. By choosing their local pharmacy, users benefit from quicker delivery times and personalized service while supporting local businesses. The app’s streamlined interface ensures a seamless shopping experience, allowing customers to easily browse products, place orders, and receive their medicines efficiently from a trusted local source.

A redesign of this application is essential to address evolving user needs and expectations. As technology advances and user preferences shift, the current design have become outdated, impacting usability and overall satisfaction. An updated design can enhance user experience by incorporating modern aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and improved functionality, making the app more appealing and easier to use. By addressing these aspects, the redesign can significantly boost user engagement and retention. Additionally, it gave us a opportunity to integrate new features like Refer and Earn, Featured products and streamline existing processes, such as improved search functionalities, navigation to important functions. Ultimately driving increased satisfaction and fostering a stronger connection between the customer and the pharmacy.

Updating the color scheme and incorporate icons and images that support functionality and enhance the visual appeal of the application. based on color theory principles to enhance visual appeal, improved visual hierarchy and also keeping the brand consistency.

Removal of "Welcome to Pharmacy" Banner in application’s interface. Helps in decluttering the interface, providing a more streamlined and focused user experience. It eliminates redundant or less useful information. Focusing on Key Features.

New UI

Placing an offer banner at the top of the application will highlight promotions, discounts, or special offers prominently. It can catches users' attention immediately when they open the app. A Strategic Placement leveraging the natural reading pattern where users tend to focus on the top of the screen first.

Introduction of a bottom navigation bar will providing users with quick access to key sections of the application from anywhere within the app. Especially on mobile devices where it is easier to reach the bottom of the screen. This reduces the need for excessive scrolling and makes critical sections readily accessible. This design pattern aligns with current mobile app design trends, making it familiar to users.​

Upload Prescription: Users can easily upload their prescription thus making the process for filling prescribed medications and ensures accuracy and convenience.

Schedule Refill: Users can schedule automatic refills ensuring that they never run out of essential drugs. This feature allows for convenient and timely refills, enhancing medication adherence and minimizing the risk of missed doses.​

Track Enquiry: Users can track the status of their enquiries by selecting the "Track Enquiry" option, providing real-time updates on the progress of their requests or concerns.

Call Back Pharmacy: Allowing them to receive personalized assistance or answers to their questions at a convenient time. This feature ensures efficient communication and enhances customer support.

Refer and Earn: Users can earn rewards by participating. Each successful referral results in rewards or discounts for both the referrer and the new customer, promoting customer growth and engagement of the pharmacy.

Bringing Featured Product Description: Introducing a section for featured products to highlight specific items prominently within the app. It can drive user attention towards items that are strategically important, such as new arrivals, bestsellers, or promotional products. Highlighting featured products can boost their visibility, potentially leading to increased sales and engagement with these items.
